Thank you for shopping with ATELIOVE. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a return request.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging, undamaged
  • All components and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use or wear
  • Items with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ATELIOVE is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Exception: If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
